3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, timely feedback on content drafts, and ensure that their brand and content comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us.

4. Placement Guarantees

While we maintain strong relationships with publishers and have a high placement success rate, we cannot guarantee placements on specific publications due to editorial discretion. In cases where a target publication declines, we will arrange an equivalent placement of equal or higher Domain Authority at no extra charge.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and may vary based on publication editorial schedules, content revisions, and other factors outside our control. Delays caused by client-side revisions are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Blue Orbit Network for your campaigns remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, content rights are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to list placements in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to promote illegal activities, adult content, gambling, or any content that violates the guidelines of our publishing partners. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blue Orbit Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Publication Policy

Blue Orbit Network operates with a strict editorial and publication standards policy to ensure quality placements that deliver real value to our clients.

1. Content Quality Standards

All content submitted for publication must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 600 words for guest posts (1,000+ recommended)
Original, plagiarism-free content (verified via Copyscape or similar tools)
Factually accurate with credible sources cited where applicable
Written in clear, professional English
Free from excessive promotional language or direct sales pitches

2. Link Policies

Each guest post placement typically includes one to two contextual do-follow backlinks to the client's website. Links must be relevant to the content and must not point to prohibited categories including adult content, gambling, illegal substances, or hate speech. Anchor text must be natural and diverse — exact match keyword stuffing is not permitted.

3. Publication Selection

Publications are selected based on Domain Authority (DA), traffic relevance, and editorial quality. All our partner publications are genuine, editorially-driven websites. We do not use Private Blog Networks (PBNs) or link farms. Our media list is updated regularly to reflect current DA/PA metrics.

4. Editorial Rights

Our publishing partners retain editorial rights and may request modifications to content before publication. Minor edits for style, tone, or compliance are standard and do not constitute rejection. If a publication substantially changes or removes client links, we will arrange an alternative placement.

5. Publication Timeline

Standard publication timelines range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the publication tier. Forbes, Business Insider, and similar top-tier outlets may require additional time. Expedited placements may be available at an additional fee.

6. Reporting

Upon successful publication, clients receive a live URL, screenshot of the published piece, and DA/PA metrics of the placement. Monthly summary reports are provided for ongoing retainer clients.

7. Content Removal

While we strive for permanent placements, Blue Orbit Network cannot guarantee that publications will not remove content after publishing. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to negotiate reinstatement or provide a replacement placement.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services — which involve significant time, effort, and third-party coordination — all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we handle each case fairly and on its individual merits.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Non-Delivery: If we are unable to secure any placement within 60 days of payment and no suitable alternative has been offered, a full refund will be issued.
Pre-Work Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has commenced, a full refund will be processed.
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Content has been written and submitted to publications
Placement has been secured and published (even if the link is later removed by the publication)
Client is dissatisfied with the publication chosen (where it meets the agreed DA/PA criteria)
Delays caused by late client approvals or feedback
Change of mind after work has begun

4. Replacement Guarantee

Rather than refunds, our standard remedy is a replacement placement of equal or greater Domain Authority. This applies when:

A targeted publication declines the content
A published link is removed within 30 days of publication
The final placement does not meet the agreed minimum DA

5. Retainer Clients

For monthly retainer packages, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not provided, but unused placements may be carried over to the following month at our discretion.

6. Refund Process
